General Admission gives you full access to all main stages, outdoor art installations, and the festival grounds across all event days. You'll enjoy performances from every artist on the lineup, access to food & beverage vendors, communal rest areas, and free water refill stations. GA does not include reserved seating, VIP lounges, artist meet-and-greets, or on-site camping. Upgrade to VIP or Platinum for those premium perks!

Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the festival grounds, with a few exceptions. You may bring one sealed, factory-bottled water (up to 1 litre) and any medically necessary food items (please carry documentation). We have over 60 food stalls and vendors serving everything from street tacos to vegan bowls, so you'll be well fed! Alcohol is available for purchase by guests 21+ with valid ID.

Yes! SoundWave Festival offers on-site camping for the ultimate festival experience. Choose from General Camp (bring your own tent), Glamping (pre-pitched bell tents with beds, lighting & storage), or RV/Vehicle Camping with hookup access. Camping passes must be purchased separately from your festival ticket and are available in limited quantities. All campers get exclusive early entry to the grounds each day.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled in its entirety by SoundWave Festival. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge up to 7 days before the event via your account dashboard. We strongly recommend purchasing ticket protection insurance at checkout, which covers cancellations due to illness, travel disruption, or other qualifying circumstances.

Children aged 12 and under are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult (limit 2 children per adult). Guests aged 13–17 must purchase a valid youth ticket and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Please note that some late-night performances and certain areas of the festival are 18+ only. A dedicated Family Zone with age-appropriate activities is available on-site throughout the weekend.

SoundWave Festival operates as a cashless event. All vendors, bars, and merchandise stands accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also use a SoundWave Wristband Wallet — you can preload funds onto your RFID wristband online or at top-up stations on-site for fast, seamless transactions. Any unused balance can be refunded within 30 days after the event.

Absolutely. SoundWave Festival is committed to being an inclusive event for all. The venue features wheelchair-accessible pathways, dedicated viewing platforms at each stage, accessible restrooms, and a quiet sensory room for guests who need a break from the noise. A complimentary Personal Assistant ticket is available for guests with disabilities. Artist cancellations are rare, but the music world is unpredictable! In the event that a headliner or featured artist is unable to perform, SoundWave Festival will make every effort to secure a replacement act of equal or greater caliber. Individual artist cancellations do not qualify for ticket refunds, as the festival experience extends far beyond any single performance. We'll always notify ticket holders promptly via email and our official social channels. If the entire event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued automatically.
